The first year of human life is a time of Baby Shower rapid development. On this topic there is already a lot of information. We, as always, will try to tell about the complex and to make the material as accessible as possible, i.e. to explain how the baby develops, understandable language. Also try to clearly describe possible deviations in its development and the ways non-medical correction of such violations. Let's start with motor development. In the medical literature (and popular too) is quite common, the term "psychomotor development". In principle, it clearly reflects the essence of the process, because the baby is growing physically, the easier, the better advanced in mental direction. All the motor skills of the child is subordinated to certain purposes, the predominant of which is the "cognition of the surrounding world".

If the baby is developing normally mentally, he's always curious and this natural curiosity and stimulate motor development. For example to see something more than a diaper, in which you lie on your stomach, you need to lift head, then chest, and then is high up on the elbows — and that's before you now a whole world. Or a toy that just with such pleasure looked at, suddenly disappeared (mom is tired of her keep and put it next). And now you're watching this toy eyes, turn his head first, then body, and now you managed to roll over and find yourself in front of a cherished Teddy bear. The child who is lagging behind in mental development, of course, also develops motor.

After all, besides the knowledge there are other goals, such as physiological needs and the desire to protect yourself. Hungry baby tries to go into the food and in another situation, he runs away from danger. In order to do this, you also need to be developed. And yet, as you know, such a child will lag behind in motor development from their peers, and may never reach their level, especially in the area of fine motor. Despite this close relationship of mental and motor skills, in the first part of your project, we will focus on motor development of the child.

Emotional and intellectual development of infants (two components of mental development) will also be devoted to a single detailed publication. However, in our view, it is important for parents to remember that their child is developing according to the program, a sub by nature, and we should not over-zealous in stimulating this process. Watch your child carefully, with love and only noting any deviations, help him with simple exercises to master certain motor pattern that turned to him for some reason difficult. Don't rush it, let it develop at its own pace. Don't compare your baby with others, because each person is unique.
